When energy (called "qi" in Chinese) flows freely we are better able to navigate our emotions, become more self-aware, and are less likely to get “stuck” in our habitual thought and emotional patterns. This balance allows our body to function efficiently and to heal itself. With the mission to help others live life more fully, Ashley Paraiso is a compassionate and experienced acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist serving patients in Charlotte's South End. She is dedicated to treating each unique, whole person to create the conditions for the body to heal itself from the inside out.
